    I've been trying to buy the new DLC for AoE2 DE on Win10 but it won't go through. After I choose my credit card for payment, I encounter a weird error screen:

    I'm in Budapest, Hungary. I don't think it should be region locked as I haven't had the same issue with previous DLCs.

    You're welcome and thank you for the additional information. There is also a chance that you're getting the error because it's not available for your region but we will validate.

    May I ask what is your current region?
