Purchases ans Points

I have been purchasing collections and completing all sets. The last one was cute animals that I just started today. I had accumulated 973,000 points and the game would not add points. I did the same puzzle three times. The game would close instead of
adding points and returning to the collection screen. When I reopened the screen, the game showed that the picture was in process.

To try to correct the problem, I uninstalled the program and reloaded it. Only part of the games came back, and showed that only half of the games had been completed. Got any ideas, this is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time, I had changed
computers, so I figured it was my problem and redid all those collections a second time. I would prefer not to have to do them a third time. Thanks

Are you able to try completing the puzzle on a different Windows 10 device or an Android or iOS mobile device? That'll help us figure out if the issue is account related or not. Also, please be sure to restart your PC and if you're currently using Wi-Fi,
try connecting via an Ethernet cable to see if that helps.

Which specific puzzle is giving you the issue? Do you earn gold in other puzzles you complete?

Having more information will help us troubleshoot.
