Purchases and subscriptions not recognized for rewards points for 3 years

I was going to use my rewards points earned up from the years today, and noticed that the rewards program has not recognized any of my purchases or subscription renewal since 4/27/14. All of my purchases are showing up on my bill payments. I have over 25
transactions since 4/27/14, but none were recognized and converted to rewards points, and all were valid. Several hundreds of dollars worth in transactions. Surely this must be a computer mistake. Just trying to get the rewards points I earned in full. Really
don't want all of the money I spent to count as nothing towards the rewards. It should be a large amount by now. It should all fully apply to my rewards account. Can this be fixed please? Thanks!

Xbox Live Rewards hasn't been recognizing my Purchases... like for a long time.

awesome! So XBLR hasn't recognized my purchases I've made for over 2 years but it still says I'm an active member. I'm curious to how we can fix that and if I can be compensated Reward points for at least some of my purchases if not all of the recent ones
on file. Please help!

Rewards not recognizing my gold or digital purchases

I have had a rewards membership for years now and just checked up on it. It seems I haven't gotten any rewards points for my monthly gold subscription or any of my digital purchases.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July
1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

To clarify, in order to get these Rewards points, you need to have signed up for Rewards before purchasing the subscription.

Yeah, I thought last year when MS Rewards automatically installed on my Xbox that something is happening. That is why I am asking. Fingers crossed that this feature will come. And also hope that Previous transactions will be counted to it aswell. Because
for like past 3 years I have spent over 2.000$ on Fifa points and also hundreds on games and subscription purchases. The only thing is a hope. =)

As per the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ, trial memberships may not be eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. See here: "Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership,
we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member."

Purchasing an Xbox Live subscription while on a trial SHOULD add the remaining days of the trial to your subscription. I'm not 100% certain on that though.
