    Purchased XBox Video Content not available


    XBox Support (^SK) couldn't fix the issue so they directed me here for the fix.

    I purchased a video "Elmo's Potty Time" for my toddler back on 9 February 2015, but for some reason it is no longer available under my purchased video content on my XBox 360, Desktop, or Surface Pro 2. All my other content seemed to be showing up fine.

    The video is still available in the XBox Vidor marketplace, but when I click on it, it asks me to purchase it as if I don't already own it.

    Xbox Video DRM vs. Zune DRM

    I have an extensive library of movies and TV shows purchased through Zune. Xbox video does show purchased content (available for download), but will not import .wmv files downloaded via Zune. So, I'm assuming that the Zune DRM is not compatible with Xbox
    video, and all content will need to be re-downloaded via Xbox video. Is my assumption correct?

    when will xbox video content be available on Android, i.e. purchased movies/tv shows. I've switched to android from windows phone because I was fed up with apps not being available on windows phone

    Content that was purchased on the Xbox console before the Video Marketplace changed to Zune Video (which this most likely was) will only be able to play on your console as that is how they were originally licensed. When the Marketplace changed to Zune
    Video and (and now Xbox Video) the content you purchase is more than likely going to be available on both the PC and Console. However, there are some exclusions where it's only available on the Console.

    Sharing movies and TV shows on Xbox One will work the same way as Xbox 360. The Xbox Video content you purchased on Xbox 360 will be available to you on Xbox One, and if you purchased the video, you can freely roam to any Xbox One and Xbox 360 and watch

    Transfering old Zune content to the XBox Video App

    Is your existing content items you've purchase through Zune Video/Xbox Video? Ensure you're signed into the app with the same account that you used to purchase the content. All of your purchased content that's available for playback should eventually appear
    in your collection in the app. I would also ensure that you're using the latest version of the app. If there's still items missing, you can do a manual history refresh by opening the settings, and selecting Preferences then click the Restore button. If
    the content has been removed from the marketplace, you won't be able to access until it's available again in the future, if it will be made available of course.

    Has anyone else who purchased video content on their 360 had the same issue when pulling up their video content on the One? If that's just the way it works, that's fine, I just won't buy video content anymore. If there is something wrong and I should have

    I am not able to download Civilization Revolution with my xbox live gold membership!

    Could be the content is not yet Activated.

    Error code (80150017) means:

    •The video is no longer (NOT YET) available on Xbox Live. You will have to select another video to play.

    •You have selected a video that is not available in your region.

    •The video may not have been activated by the merchant you purchased it from.

    •A Microsoft account-related error occurred during a purchase.

    Make sure that you have a subscription of 1 month, 3 months or 12 months on your account.

    Billing information on your account are updated.

    You can try to download again the content after 2 hours.
