    Microsoft Rewards Xbox One X points issue

    Hello, I purchased an Xbox One X right when it came out so I could get the Scorpio edition. Now months later Xbox Live Rewards changed to Microsoft Rewards. I downloaded the Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox and see that you can earn 50000 points by purchasing
    an Xbox One X. Is the any way to get the 50000 points on my account since I already purchased an Xbox One X?

    I contacted Microsoft support first through chat and they directed me to this forum.

    I own an Xbox One S, which I purchased in April of last year, and an Xbox One X, which I purchased in December of last year. I have not received the points for those purchases on my Microsoft Rewards account. I would like to know there is anyway for me
    to receive the points for this purchases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
    support.     The Xbox Rewards program is not the same thing.

    I also did not receive my point reward for purchasing Rogue One on Xbox.

    You'll want to wait for Reward support's response in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or they would be part of your VIP
    rebate. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if any of those purchases were made in February and did not qualify for another offer, it would be too early to see credits pending for those.

    Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.
    If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'
