    Purchased Xbox One S GoW 4 bundle and NO codes for gow1, 2, 3 Judgment!!


    I am actually a first time Xbox owner. I have heard good things about this system but my experience regarding these game codes has been disappointing. I have called Microsoft for help and they directed me to this forum. I'm really hoping someone can help
    me out with this since I have been looking to play the GoW series for a long while now.

    Can't redeem my codes for Gears of War 1 and 3 in Canada

    Hello,

    I recently purchased the Xbox one S Gears of War 4 bundle in Canada. GoW 4 includes 4 redeem codes for GoW 1, 2, 3, and Judgment. The codes for GoW 2 and Judgment worked fine, but both GoW 1 and GoW 3 gave me "you can't acquire this item in your currently
    selected language" when I tried to redeem them in the console, and "Something went wrong" when I tried to redeem them in my Microsoft Account. I tried to change the language settings, but the error persist. I would appreciate some help.

    Gears of war 1 & 3 redeem codes

    I just purcased a copy of GOW 4 and it included 4 passwords for redeeming GOW1-3 and judgment

    GOW 2 and GOW judgment downloaded just fine but 1&3 are restricted due to loaction issues.

    I bought the xbox one s from Greece,I bought the game in Greece(it has Greek translayion on the box so its not imported or something and I also live in Greece)

    I post this here waiting for a response from support

    Gears of war collection codes are not working

    UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

    -Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

    -Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

    checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side

    Today I receive the GOW and GOW 2 redeem codes only, still missing the GOW 3 and GOW Judgment.
