    Purchased Xbox One GoW:UE bundle but included code not working


    I purchased Gow:UE Xbox one bundle but the included code is not working. When I enter the code, it shows that it is a GoW:UE code but when I press Confirm, I get a message "Something went wrong". I've tried it several times, tried it on live.xbox.com, deleted
    account & readded account on console, worked with phone support for about an hour (SRX1316190796ID), but nothing has worked yet. Please help me get this issue resolved. I entered the "error code" at the bottom of the screen but nothing is found.

    Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

    Did not receive codes from gears of war ultimate edition Disc copy

    I purchased an xbox one bundle that included GOW, Ori, and Rare Replay on black Friday Nov 2015. I never received code for gow2, 3, or judgement. I called and chatted with xbox support about it. They told me to make this post. Service request number: 1327991010.

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.
