    Purchased Xbox Live Gold, never received 1 Month EA Access


    Hi, I purchased Xbox Live Gold but didn't recieve the EA Access code. I contacted Xbox Support and provided photographic evidence and was advised to create a post here for support. I have the case number for the Support Chat if you need to look at our chat/photos.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.

    I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation.

    When you say a.picture did you mean you bought it by prepaid membership card or adashboard deal

    If you used a prepaid code that doesn't work it.musr be purchased via the dashboard

    The promotion was on the Xbox One dashboard. The offer was that if you renewed your Xbox Live membership, tou would recieve a message with 1 month EA Access. Thanks Purchased Xbox Live Gold, never received 1 Month EA Access :)

    To check, when did you make the purchase for Xbox Live? Does the promotion have fine print that explains when you will receive a code for the promotion, if so have you had a chance to check that?

    I purchased it on the 18th September and the fine print stated that the promotion will end on the 23rd, it didn't mention anything about when to expect the code other than that the promotion ends on the 23rd
