Purchased Xbox Gold but it doesn't show up on Xbox

I purchased an XBox One for my son for Christmas and added the Xbox Gold account for his birthday yesterday (the $1 for the first month auto renewing deal). It shows up in my account when I log in on my computer but does not show up on the Xbox. I've restarted
it, signed in and out of both accounts (mine and his) and the only options I have are to purchase it, the actual Gold account is nowhere to be found.

Any ideas what's going on? Thank you!

How to play tracks purchased on Phone on XBOX

Hi,

I purchased few tracks from my Phone (Lumia 920) through XBOX Music service. The tracks show up on my PCs but they do not show up under My Music in XBOX Music App in XBOX. I have Gold membership, but do not have XBOX music pass. However these tracks are
purchased. How do I get them on my XBOX?

Hey, I get the message that the membership of the floor to be renewed anyway it works. Because it is wrong so we went in and ordered gold three times and it has been billed three times. I just want to have a membership of gold as before.

Both on my Xbox and the web. It's doesn't show up in my purchase history on the web, it's does however show up on my Xbox when I look at purchase history.

After the last update, the goldflake error shows up when the Gamer doesn't have Xbox Live Gold. I know Warzone is supposed to be Free to Play, but that isn't the case since the last update.

Once you purchase Gold, you'll be able to play.

Tried this and it still didn't work. It's frustrating as all the DLC shows up as purchased on the Xbox website but doesn't show up in my Xbox ready to install list.

This does not show on the Xbox One under Games and Apps, and also, none of the Games with Gold show under commerce.microsoft.com. The game was not purchased. It was a free Games with Gold. Apparently Microsoft doesn't train their support staff on this as
the chat rep. was also confused by GWG.
