    I accidentally purchased the Xbox Game Pass when I meant to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the microsoft rewards. Is there anyways to reverse this transaction? Thank you.

    One per Profile?

    Hello - new Xbox user - we have a 360 console. I purchased an Xbox Live Gold pass so my kids could play... does the Gold service only apply to one user profile? Only one of the kids can play, so I'm wondering if there are limitations/if I have to purchase
    another Gold pass?

    Everything came in a pack, yet the purchased live gold works but the game pass does not work.
