    Purchased Xbox Design Lab Controller - Still Waiting For Credits


    I purchased a xbox design lab controller while xbox rewards ran a promotion for 15,000 credits. I ordered the controller 11 days ago. I'm still waiting for the credits. Support, can you please contact me? Thank you.

    15,000 Rewards Credits with purchsae of Xbox Design Lab Controller

    I recently purchased an Xbox Design Lab Controller in conjunction with the promotion from earlier this month which offered 15,000 bonus rewards credits. Unfortunately, it does not appear that these credits have been posted to my account. Is there any way
    to verify that these credits are still pending?

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing controllers. If you purchased a design lab controller by December 17 and did not receive credits, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it
