    I have two Xbox 360s, one that stays at my grandparents house and one I use at home. Back in February, I purchased 3 XBLA games on the 360 at my grandparents house and downloaded them to my hard drive (for context I have one hard drive that I swap between the two consoles). Recently I wanted to play one of the games I purchased on the console I keep at home but now all three claim to be a trial version of the game on bootup. None of my other XBLA games are like this, only the ones I bought in February. Any idea of what's going on here?

    Yes, I did connect my account to my home Xbox and tried re-downloading the games on and it didn't solve the issue. On the Xbox at my grandparents house the games appear as normal.

    Something I forgot to add to my original question is that when connected to Xbox Live, the games appear just fine on my home Xbox, its only when disconnected they appear as trials.

    May i know if you added the profile that owns the game in the console that you want to use?

    If yes, re-adding this profile and re-downloading the games doesn't work?
    Also, if you check the console in your grandparents house. The games appears as trials as well? Or not at all?

    No, as others have said. For a few reasons. The XBLA version is the "Xbox 360 Edition," with different perks and features. It's mostly a vanilla Minecraft with party options on the 360. So technically, a different game, thus needing another purchase.

    Same here, can't do a license transfer, only purchased a 360 so I can keep my delisted xbla games, Microsoft support haven't got a clue, and all links to the migration tool have gone, looks like the 360 is slowly being phased out now, that means without a transfer of licenses all my games I've purchased will just be trial versions 😡
