    Purchased wrong version of Minecraft.


    I bought the wrong version of Minecraft. I saw a similar question directing me to the Microsoft store Instructions for refunds or Microsoft's US support line at 1-800-642-7676. Unfortunately, that hotline just directs me to go to help.microsoft.com, with no support agent. Typing anything in there gets me... here.

    I reviewed the product's refund policy and believe I am eligible for a refund, as I intended to buy the Java edition. I would also find an exchange acceptable.
