    I purchased Alan Wake remastered from Microsoft and it won't install on this pc that I purchased it from. Can you get me a refund started? Surely you don't intend to steal $32.00 from each of us are you? I have spend uncounted hundreds of dollars on PC games from Microsoft. I have never even owned an Xbox. Again, is Microsoft really going to steal from an old man to stupide to read fine print? Certainly your company understands I will be unable to continue any game purchase transactions in the future.

    Remedy now owns the publishing rights to Alan Wake

    I really like to have a BIG remaster for Alan Wake and an announce to a sequel. But i don't like the PlayStation exclusive if Sony buy the studio. Alan Wake are on PC and Xbox and i really want the sequel on the same platform too.

    only cod infinite warfare and cod 4 remaster are available on the microsoft store for pc. to use the cod points you would need to login to the game on console and use them, basically get a refund and purchase from within the game
