    Purchased vbucks are not showing up


    i purchased 1000vbucks using this microsoft account but the vbucks are not showing up i even confirmed and they are shown in purchase history but not in fortnite pls give me the vbucks i bought as i linked my xbox/microsoft account to my epicgames account so they should come according to google pls give me my vbucks and pls give me extra vbucks like 5000 or 28000 or 13500 if possible as it is long time now

    Hi there Paritosh welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. When did this purchase was made? Some add-ons can take up to 72 hours to show up! But I recommend the following:

    Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    thank u for replying christopher but for me it's been a year now and also i play on pc but i have connected my xbox account to epicgames account so i should recieve vbucks but i had purchased vbucks on 3august2020 but i haven't recieved them yet

    It will show the purchase amount that was used on the account.

    The VBucks should show up under the allowed account.

    I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Sodangidni, recommends the following steps for a solution.

    According to the following Epic Games article, "If you purchased V-Bucks through the Microsoft or PlayStation Store, you must log in to Fortnite on the relevant platform to receive them before accessing them on all other shared wallet platforms."

    May I know if vbucks are available when you open Fortnite through cloud gaming, or do they not appear there as well?

    If that is correct and if vbucks are not showing up on PC despite having your accounts connected, I suggest you contact Epic Games support for further assistance.
