    Purchased vbucks and Iris Pack on microsoft store (for PC), can not get onto PC Fortnite ac?


    Purchased vbucks and Iris Pack using a xbox gift voucher I was given (purchased on PC in Microsoft store).

    They show up in my microsoft library with no option to install? How do I get them onto my PC fortnite account?

    I have linked my Microsoft/xbox ac (don't have an actual xbox) with my Epic games account as well.

    Have also emailed Microsoft for help but no reply in a week?

    Any ideas?

    you purchased vbucks via epic on pc, then you need to load fortnite on pc to add them, to get vbucks on xbox you have to purchase via microsoft store or in game on xbox

    no as you have to get vbucks via ingame or through the epic store on pc, fortnite on pc has nothing to do with microsoft or xbox.

    you can redeem on pc via xbox app or store but to access them you need to be on xbox console version of the game.

    In need of assistance, I bought V-bucks, and still did not receive anything. I bought the V-bucks via the online Microsoft store on my account that is linked with my epic games account, I'm using a PC to play Fortnite(I DON'T HAVE A XBOX). how can I resolve the problem?
    As far as i am aware if you are using a PC to play fortnite then you needed to purchase the vbucks from the epic games store and not the Microsoft store.

    Vbucks purchased from the Microsoft store would only be good for fornite on Xbox. Someone can correct me if im wrong about this.
