Purchased V Bucks not showing up.

sign into an xbox console and load up fortnite and sign in with your epic account then it will sync but can only be used on that platform.

or get a refund, if you only play on pc then you need to purchase from within the game or through epic store as the game has nothing to do with microsoft on pc.

think its about time that Microsoft actually put big print on the purchase screen to state this is for console only. baiting and trapping people by giving mis information.

Hmm, when you're purchasing them, it says that it works for console, PC, and mobile though, and unfortunately I don't have access to an Xbox. Thank you though.

I just want to clarify, when you mentioned "The fund's available" do you mean you weren't charged for the V-bucks purchase, is that correct?

Kindly confirm if the V-bucks are showing up under your account transaction history by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased V-bucks.

If the transaction is not showing up it means the purchase wasn't successful. Please try to purchase the V-bucks again to see if it pushes through.

Note: Do not make another purchase attempt if the transaction is already showing up on your account's order history to prevent duplicate purchases.

Did you buy the V-bucks on PC version of Fortnite or Xbox?

If you we logged into Fortnite on PC, you have to wait a few seconds before the V-Bucks show up. The V-bucks transfer from PC to Xbox after you bought them and they were accredited to your Epic account. If they don't show up you need to contact Epic games
to review your purchase history. If you bought it on Xbox you can do that at account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > purchase history

There was a service alert for purchases. I would suggest login in here https://account.microsoft.com and checking your purchase history to see if the transaction went through.

You could try removing your account on the console. Open guide go to settings tab, select settings>account>remove account (you will need to know your login details) then power cycle the console by pressing and holding the power button, till fully off (usually
about 10 seconds) wait for 60 seconds, power the console back on and add your account back.
