Purchased Ultimate on Console - PC app Asks for Payment

The service alert has cleared up in genreal they only last few hours. If your still having issues make sure your signed into the Xbox beta app and the microsft store app with the account that you have ulitmate on

Also verify that your membership is active and that you do indeed have PC gamepass and not just console gamepass

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Subscription. I would do a few things

1. Try to sign out and then sign back in
2. Login to your MS Account and go to Subscriptions and make sure it's active
3. If you still have issues contact MS Support and talk to the Billing Department

It seems to have cleared up now. I've got the access, I've got the App, but when I click to install FM 2019 it doesn't go above 0%. Any hints as to why games aren't downloading?

Thanks for the update. Any idea how long it will take to settle things. I've an itching for fm2019 and can't install it due to the request for second payment.
