Purchased two films from the Gotta Get ‘Em All Offer but only credited with one

We see that you have been appropriately awarded. Your MYVIP level for the last year matches your eligible purchases, and your payback was also accurate. The only point of confusion that we can see is that since your two purchases in December went to an offer
(Gotta Get Em All) they did not award MyVIP payback. Purchases can only be awarded for an offer or MyVIP payback, and not both. Since offers take priority, you were awarded in that way.

From our FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed every chapter in the Rewards Story, your 15,000 Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Those Credits are now pending in your account. All information requires up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your December survey Credits are now pending.

For Gotta Get 'Em All, bundles/collections are not eligible for the offer. Since your purchase was a collection of movies and not each separate movie, it was not eligible for that offer.

Those are not eligible purchases for that offer. If you click on the offer on the MyMissions page, it will take you to that offer's page (https://rewards.xbox.com/gotta-get-em-all/) which will show
you which movie purchases are eligible for that offer.

Only the specific titles listed on your Gotta Get 'Em All mission page are eligible for this offer. Collections are not eligible for this offer, but will go towards your MyVIP.
