    Purchased two digital gift cards , and I have not got my codes to redeem my gift cards


    I have purchased two digital gift cards under gamer tag and email for the account should be [Mod Removed] and full fling email order that codes should be sent to is [Mod Removed] and I haven't got my codes
    and orders have been completed .

    I bought my Xbox gift card in another country than where i live, and it won't allow me to use it.

    I went to the states for Christmas and got an Xbox gift card. When I got back to my home in Canada, I tried to redeem my gift card but couldn't. It said that the gift card was purchased in another country so it will not work. Is
    there any way that you can bypass this, or can you not?

    Having trouble redeeming my Xbox live Gold gift card...

    Having trouble with redeeming my gift card. The card is activated. When trying to redeem it on my Xbox console, it says try another payment method,this is not a code from a gift card?? I then signed into my Microsoft account on my iPad and it seemed to all
    go through fine however when I look at my account details, it says a gift card has been purchased but there is no amount on the gift card???

    The £10 must be either on a card that says "Xbox Gift Card £10" or you must purchase an Xbox digital gift card code on Amazon for £10 that you redeem here:

    You can't redeem Amazon gift cards or currency in Amazon accounts for currency in your Microsoft/Xbox account - you must buy an Xbox Gift Card (or code) with that money on it.
