Purchased Trials Fusion Season Pass But Empire of the Sky Won't Download

After purchasing the Season Pass, only 5 of the 6 DLC packs downloaded. The second pack Empire of the Sky will not download. This appears to be an issue that is very common and has been for over a year. I cleared the cache on the device and it still didn't
work. Should I clear the cache for the game and try again?

Trials Fusion DLC Empire of the Sky fails to download

Purchased Trials Fusion and Season Pass as a 50 % daily deal. 2 of the 3 DLCs downloaded without issue. The second DLC Empire of the Sky oscillates between 0 and 1 percent progress then fails with the message Can't download trials fusion doc empire of the
sky.

All local potential also fixes have been performed: cache has been cleared, game updates and associated files have been deleted or uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. The HDD has 30 GA of free space. The issue does not appear to have anything to with my
console. No other download has ever failed for me in this manner. I note that this is not unique - other users have reported this specific error since the DLC was nominally released.

Can this download be fixed? Will other parts of the season pass also fail?

Enough time has surely passed since this DLC was released for the download issues to have been rectified, given that this issue was identified for the outset.

region both NZ. Internet speed not an issue 12+ Mbps. All other xboxlive functions work - just not this specific download.

The issue does not appear to have anything to with my console. No other download has ever failed for me in this manner. Somethinks appears to have failed at Xbox live or Ubisoft.

Can this download be fixed? Will other parts of the season pass also fail?

Based on other posts, this seems to be an Ubisoft server issue effecting other DLC as well.

 

Help, please. Issue still exists.

Just to clarify, what exactly happens when you try to download the content? Do you get an error message or anything like that?

Before you try downloading the content again, please check under Settings & Storage and verify there is no content on your storage device with a yellow (!) next to it. If there is, please remove that and try downloading again. It may also be worth trying
to download the content onto an external storage device to see if that provides a fix.

It will go to 1% and back to 0% and then give a message saying Can't Download Trials Fusion DLC Empire of the Sun. I looked for corrupt data, but there is none. How do I choose to download it to a device other than the hard drive? Even when I have a flash
drive attached it only says save to Hard Drive. The item is in my download history, but it is not on the hard drive. So it never downloaded.

 

Hey Chasemunkey!

Make sure you configure the Flashdrive correctly with the steps on
this page. Once you do that you should be able to select it as a storage device for the content you're downloading. Let us know how it goes

 

The flash drive is configured, but when downloading the content it only says "Save to: Hard Drive" there is no way to save it to the flash drive. Is there no other way?

 

Hmm, really odd.

Do you have a different USB Flash Drive you can test by chance?
