    Purchased THPS upgrade dlc, why doesn’t Series S|X version show in my Library? Same goes...


    As question states, I purchased the Series S|X upgrade dlc for THPS and The Outer Worlds, but the Series S|X versions do not show in my Library. I’m required to endlessly search the MS Store to download the correct version. I’ve tried removing my account, system reset, network reset, hard resets, but nothing changes and never see them.

This procedure may help resolve this issue: How to clear cache on Xbox Series X|S consoles Press the Xbox button on the controller. Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”. Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray". Select "Persistent Storage". Select "Clear Persistent Storage". (Note ) Clearing the cache removes all game updates already downloaded. You will need to download these updates again the next time you play the game. Hope I helped and see you soon
    In having a Series S, I found that I had to do a full reset since there is no Blu-Ray option. Reset again, still do not see the Series S|X version of either game.

    I still have to search the Store to be able to download the X|S versions.

    I bought Hogwarts legacy digital deluxe edition and do not have access to the xbox one version that is included, why do I have to spend £59.99 for a game that I already own?

    Same here. Interestingly, In my orders it shows that I purchased the digital deluxe, but in the store and on my games library, it's changed to just the series x version.

    Where are Skyrim DLC

    If it is the Xbox 360 version you are talking about, then the game is not backward compatible, hence why the DLC does not show on the Series X. If it is the Xbox One version then the only DLC available is the Anniversary upgrade, and credits.
