    Bought the john wick double feature, have the digital receipt, but will not let me watch, nor will it load into movies anywhere. Use to work fine. Not sure where or what went wrong...

    Did you go to the individual movies? Are you watching on 360 or Xbox One/Series?

    No error. It shows the "watch" button, but isn't highlighted. It won't even let me click on the "watch" button. Just says owned...

    Ok let´s try performing a full power cycle first

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

    After that try playing your movies again
