Purchased the digital copy for Resident Evil 7 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CODE

Jan 7 we preordered the Resident Evil 7 BioHazard game. We were told it would send a code to my email. Then we were told it would come to our Xbox message center. Neither has happened. So now it seems I'm lost in a series of live customer service chats that
get me no code for the Sixty plus dollars we've already paid. This was a gift for our son's birthday and a late anniversary present to my husband. This is ridiculous.
