Purchased Tekken 7 and Have not Received Tekken 6 Code

If you just ordered Tekken 7, you won't immediately receive that code. The Tekken 6 code will be messaged to you within 7-10 days from time of purchase.

I RECEIVED TEKKEN 6 CODE FROM PRE-ORDERING TEKKEN 7 AND I TRIED TO REDEEM CODE BUT IT IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELP ME

Hi! When did you preorder Tekken 7? If you've just preordered anytime this week, as stated, the Tekken 6 code will be delivered to you via Xbox Message in 7-10 days and this may be the issue.

If you preordered awhile back, I'd suggest contacting Official Support via the
Contact Us Page or
Official Xbox Support Twitter
so that someone can get to it quickly and figure out what may be the issue.

Hey there OneKhusal!

If you visit Games & Apps, and press the menu button on Tekken 7 and select "Manage" do you see available DLC to download? Let us know what you see

I also have a similar problem, I go to manage games but I don't see any other DLC except the metallic pack for Tekken 7. Also I haven't received the Tekken 6 DLC code as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
