    Purchased Tales From The Borderlands Episode 1, but it still says it needs to be purchased.


    I purchased Tales From The Borderlands Episode 1 yesterday, but it said something about my card not working (even though I had literally just purchased a game before that) and to try again later. Well, the purchase went through on my card and the money was
    taken out of my bank account and I even received a confirmation of purchase e-mail from Microsoft.

    And, yet when I go to the episode it still says it needs to be purchased and that I don't own it. I either want this episode that I obviously paid for or a refund so I can attempt to buy it again In the hopes that it works correctly this time.

    Tales from the borderlands?

    I have the season pass for tales from the borderlands but episode three is not available to me. The episode is available on the marketplace for sale but while in game it says purchased coming soon.

    Telltale Collection On Xbox One Issue

    Same issue here.

    I purchased TellTale Collection, but Tales from the Borderlands season pass never downloaded to my Xbox One.

    When I select manage Telltale Collection, Tales from the borderlands season pass is not included in the purchased files.

    When I find Tales from The Borderlands at Xbox Store, It is not unlocked and still asks me to pay €12,74 to buy it.

    Please fix this issue.

    Hi TombOfAnubis. When did you make that purchase? We don't see a Tales from the Borderlands Episode 2 purchase in this month, but we do see a Tales from the Borderlands Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) purchase made in November.
