Purchased Shark Card can I get a refund

If you and if you purchased the content using your Xbox console or the Xbox.com website and 14 days or less has been passed since date of purchase

You can proceed filling the refund form here:

In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

I accidentally purchased shark cards for xbox series x instead of xbox one which im currently on is there a possibility of refund?

Unless it's a physical card you bought at the store

Only shark cards bought while in game can be refundable

Shark cards are platform specific, you can't redeem an Xbox Shark cards on the PC version of the game. You'll either have to get a refund or sell your card to someone else (like another family member or a well known friend).
