Purchased several jigsaws with points but they will not download.

I am new to Microsoft jigsaw and used pointes earned to download more jigsaws. BUT where are they ... any help would be great - otherwise I will just go back to jigzone.com .... where I don't have this issue.

I also have the same problem, and I have checked all the suggested fixes :-

- Rebooted PC many times

- All software updated to latest checked every day

- uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw several times

- Windows firewall ticked for jigsaw

- 140Gb disk free space

The fact that solitaire games all download with no problems suggests it is Microsoft Jigsaw that is the problem not my system

Sorry to hear about the error, but thanks for coming in to report! Are each of you still encountering this issue? If so, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game through the Windows Store page and let us know if the issue persists or not.

YES, I still had this problem a few minutes ago. I uninstalled the jigsaw app on both desktop PC and Surface Pro 3, both with the latest W10 versions. Going to the Windows Store and searching for Jigsaw, then going to Microsoft Jigsaw it shows "You own the
game". When I click "Install" the download process starts, after a few seconds the progress shows "Acquiring license" and after a few seconds it goes to the error message, (tried to paste a screenshot in but it did not work). The download at this point starts
again and right after reaching the "Acquiring license" the error message pops up again at which point I gave up. Several other Xbox games, Sudoku, Mahjong and the latest Word game from Microsoft work just fine. It feels like something is corrupted on the
MS Store on the Jigsaw download server. Please advise hwo I/we get this fixed.

There are several causes why your Jigsaw does not connect to the network, it may be due to corrupted game data. To isolate problems with Jigsaw, here is a link on
