    I purchased "Dragon Ball Super" Season 1 between 6/30 and 7/6 during the Anime Month for 70% off. The description for Season 1 stated that, if purchased between the dates listed, then a redeemable code for a FREE "Dragon Ball Super" Season 2 would
    be sent to me. It has been weeks and I have not received this code. WHERE DO I GET THE CODE FOR SEASON 2 FREE?

    Also, I have Dead Cells & Soul Calibur 6 in my cart right now. Both say near full price, but underneath it, it says "You get this game FREE with ryour gaming subscription! Continue to checkout now to have it forever!" - how do I receive these for free
    as is advertised when in the cart, the subtotal is still full price?

    I just got off a TWO HOUR conversation with them. They escalated my case again, but they were unwilling to provide a solution today. The agent even accused the one who helped you of doing something they weren't supposed to do in order to get a good rating
    from you. According to them, they'll (hopefully) have a solution for me within 72 hours. I'm so done. If they don't take care of it this time, I'm filing grievances with whatever consumer protections agencies I deem necessary. I'm certainly not going to let
    them continue wasting my time in these useless chats just because they continue to fail to give me what I paid for. I really hope this will be the end of it, or they will lose me as an Xbox customer for good. There is plenty to play on other platforms, and
    I'm not going to give my business to companies that steal my money and refuse to hold up their obligations. I will update here if they actually do the right thing. If I don't, that means they did not.

    i went there and selected Contact Us->Subscriptions and Billing->Can't redeem a code

    I would then get into the chat queue and explain the problem, giving them as much information as I could. My order number, dates, links to this forum showing others have had this issue. Feel free to link it to mention how I had my problem solved. I hope

    They lied. I was not contacted within 72 hours. I actually contacted them again yesterday. A support agent named Julievie told me she was "taking ownership of the investigation", and that I would receive an email within 2-3 hours with a resolution by either
    giving me the code or accrediting me the missing content. This was a lie, as it never happened. I emailed them today asking for an update, and it was ignored. That's it. If I don't receive a resolution by the end of this weekend, I will report Xbox to every
    consumer protection agency I can, and they will lose me as an Xbox customer forever.

    I contacted them again (i've only done this through the chat program) and gave my reference number so they could pull up the previous times i've contacted them. I also gave them the link to this forum showing others have had the same issue. He was gone for
    about 15 min checking into it but then he came back and said that after consulting with his team they validated that I should have gotten the code. They ended up crediting my account the $29 and then just purchasing it for my account.

    I'm having the exact same problem with Dragon Ball. Good luck calling the support line. I called, and they basically just told me there was nothing they could do. They couldn't even look up the promotion to confirm it existed. I had to READ TO THEM the terms
    and conditions of the promotion, then they told me I should call the company that published Dragon Ball to ask THEM where my Xbox code was. I'm calling again this weekend, and I'm going to demand they either take care of it right then or escalate my case.
    This is no way to treat customers they expect to keep. Let me know if anything happens on your end.
