    Purchased resident evil movie + game combo deal, and never received the code for the movie


    I purchased the resident evil 7: Biohazard game + movie combo deal on may 15th. It said I would receive a code either via email or in Xbox message. I have received neither. I got into a chat with customer support and all they could tell me was to post this
    here. I see other people are having this problem as well. Help please?

    Purchased Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition I was never sent the movie code

    I purchased the Resident Evil + Movie Combo and I received the game and all the DLC, but was never sent the code for the movie. Microsoft please resolve this issue that multiple customers are having this bundle, thank you.
