Purchased Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition and never received movie code.

I purchased the Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition during the promotional sale at the beginning of may and never received a code through xbox live messaging for the Resident Evil The Final Chapter movie. The sales page says "

Customers in the US and Canada who purchase this product between May 2nd, 2017 and May 16th, 2017 will receive a code for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter through their Xbox Live messaging center within 14 days of the purchase. The code can be redeemed at
Microsoft Movies & TV Store. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is rated R by the MPAA." and that never happened. So I was directed here from a costumer support line.

Purchased Resident Evil movie deal.

I purchased Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition while they had the promotion said if you buy the game before a certain day you will receive movie code within 14 or 15 days. Well, it's been over 2 months and I still haven't gotten the code.

hi i purchased the resident evil deluxe edition and i never recieved the movie i talked to xbox costumer service and they told me to post here that they comfirmed my purchase and im eligible for the movie i bought it may 2nd and its been over two weeks and
never recieved a code. Can my code/movie??
