    I bought Quantum Break Xbox version since there was a promotion to get the pc code also. It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my code.

    No Alan Wake code after purchasing Quantum Break - 3 weeks ago

    Hello I purchased Quantum Break 3 weeks ago and still have not received my code of Alan Wake? It stated in the description that the purchase of Quantum Break included a copy of Alan Wake. It has been 3 weeks and no code. thanks

    Quantum Break, No PC and Alan Wake Codes yet

    I also purchased Quantum Break XBOX ONE game on April 4th and still haven't received the code to receive a free copy of the windows 10 games (Alan Wake, Quantum Break).

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
    10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    If it has been past 10 days, be sure to let us know so that we can look into this further. Thanks!

    Just to clarify did you purchase the physical disc version of Quantum Break? Also, did you purchase Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store? If so, you will not be receiving a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. For further details check out

    Did not receive Quantum Break Windows 10 Code

    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.
