Purchased Quantum Break during XBox sale, was PC version supposed to be included?

Hi,

During the Microsoft Sale I purchased Quantum Break for Xbox One because it was a good price (cheaper than the Steam Sale), and it looked like it came with the PC version as well (Like Forza Horizon 3). Is this true, or do you have to buy the two titles
separately? I see Quantum Break on my Xbox One, but when I look at my Microsoft Games library on my PC, I don't see that title.

Did not receive the code of Quantum Break

Hi,

I had purchased Quantum Break for Xbox one on March. It says that if i purchase pre-order for xbox one, i could gget free code for
Quantum Break for win 10. And until now, I did not receive the code of Quantum Break to unlock PC version. So, how can i get the code?

I pre purchased quantum break as well and still haven't received the PC version of the game.

You would have to purchase the PC version in order to play it on the PC. It's not a Play Anywhere title.

Thanks! From what I've read, I think I might have a better experience with the game on Xbox One.

Quantum Break was not a Play Anywhere title, so if you wanted to play on PC, then you would have to purchase it on PC. It is a separate purchase than the Xbox One version of the game. Quantum Break was developed by Remedy Entertainment, which is not
a first-party studio. Additionally it was released prior to the current leadership which instituted the Play Anywhere program. So, even though you own the Xbox One version, you'd have to purchase the PC version if you'd want to play it.

I purchased the game during the offer of black friday 2018, in the link above the list of games offered for
Xbox, among them of course there is Quantum break for Xbox and not for PC. However I'll try to see if there was an offer also for the PC version...
