Purchased Quantum Break at the beginning of the ultimate sale and its now showing in my Library

Hello, during the beginning of this Ultimate Sale i was looking up for some Deals and i found Quantum Break for 89 PESOS (MXN) which is like 4 dollars, obviously i went for it since its a game i wanted to try for so long, i have the receipt by PayPal and
Microsoft itself but when i go to my library, the game its just not there, also when i look for it on Microsoft.com it shows like i dont own it, i've been an Xbox Live member for 9 years, i mostly own digital games and i have never experienced a problem like
this, what did i do wrong? is there any way i can get a refund or whats next?

Purchased Quantum Break during XBox sale, was PC version supposed to be included?

Hi,

During the Microsoft Sale I purchased Quantum Break for Xbox One because it was a good price (cheaper than the Steam Sale), and it looked like it came with the PC version as well (Like Forza Horizon 3). Is this true, or do you have to buy the two titles
separately? I see Quantum Break on my Xbox One, but when I look at my Microsoft Games library on my PC, I don't see that title.

Haven't received my Alan Wake code since I purchased Quantum Break

I have purchased Quantum Break since May 22, 2016 and up to now I haven't received my code. I purchased a code for Quantum Break, I own the licence.

When you go to account.microsoft.com > Payment and billing > Order history do you see the game listed as purchased?

If yes, when you click on the game link from the Order History page does the page it takes you to show you the option to Install (might take a moment for the page to load fully with that link)?

Have you tried the steps

Thank you for your response, yes, the game appears in the list as ''completed'', i click on the game and it leads me back to microsoft store and it asks me to Purchase it again, no installing option, i dont know if this could be an issue with xbox live service
because all the price updates or just bad luck or something i am missing, i guess ill try calling Xbox support, thank you again and i really dont mean to bother.
