Purchased Quantum Break as part of bundle and haven't received Alan Wake codes

Hi,

I purchased Quantum Break as part of one of the Xbox bundles and I haven't received my Alan Wake code upon redeeming the Quantum Break code. It's been over a month.

Why is this the case?

Quantum Break, No PC and Alan Wake Codes yet

I also purchased Quantum Break XBOX ONE game on April 4th and still haven't received the code to receive a free copy of the windows 10 games (Alan Wake, Quantum Break).

I have purchased Quantum Break on july 5 but I haven't received the alan wake code yet.

Thanks for posting! When did you redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Qyuantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately we'll be unable to assist further.

Also, the code for Alan Wake is located in the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle packaging. I recommend checking that out to find that code.

be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:
