Purchased puzzles won't load

Discus and support Purchased puzzles won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Why won't Germany, Autumn, & Architecture load completely?     Purchased puzzles won't load


    Why won't Germany, Autumn, & Architecture load completely? I paid with gold bars for all 3 & none will load. This is frustrating.

    Purchased puzzles won't download

    I've used my coins from completing puzzles to "purchase" additional puzzles however they won't download. Why?

    Purchased puzzles won't load

    I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw then reinstalled it and all of the puzzle packs downloaded with no problem. Including all the ones I just purchased with my coins. Make sure you have all your information linked with Microsoft Xbox
    or your Microsoft account. Good Luck Joan

    Can't figure this out! The ads work but the puzzles are frozen on "...Downloading". VERY frustrating!!!!
