Purchased Puzzles Nowhere to be found

At the top right of the page there's an option to 'Add A New Post'. Select that and you can create a new thread

If my memory serves me right, when you go into System Settings > Memory/Storage > and select a game , there was an option to delete ONLY the gave and still retain the save game data. There would be two separate items: the actual game and a save file, along
with anything else you purchased and downloaded for a specific game. As long as you don't delete the save file, you should be able to reinstall the game and continue right where you left off!

wont i lose all my progress in the process of reinstalling the games? I'll probably give it a try anyway but i hope i won't lose my saves...

I'm sorry to see you are having difficulty playing some games. For starters, were your old games purchased digitally on your Xbox 360 or did you purchase them as hard copies?
