    Purchased Puzzles Disappeared


    All of the puzzles I had purchased in the last 2 years have disappeared. I paid for the year back in October 2017. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice.

    Again???

    Once again all my gold disappeared. My purchased Antarctica has once again disappeared from my list. Once again all unlocked puzzles are locked again.

    Please fix you now reoccurring errors. This is not fun anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Lost Jigsaw collection

    After logging in on Jan 23, I discovered that the majority of my downloaded and completed puzzles had disappeared. Also my most recently purchased, and unfinished, collection was gone which left me very little gold to purchase any more. What happened?

    Hello!

    Have you tried contacting MS about this issue? Others have had an issue with puzzles disappearing after an update and had their issues resolved after contacting MS.

    I have exactly the same problem: all my downloaded jigsaws have disappeared and so is my progress if I download them again. This has been going on since last month.

    Yep, I'm having the same problem. Sometimes, if you close the application, wait a few minutes and re-open you can click on the download collections and it will let you download one or, if your luck 2 collections before it hangs up on the next one. OF course
    some days clickon the download collections gets you nothing but an informational message. Sigh. I reported it on support a coupe of weeks ago but no help. Good luck!

    I have not been able to download new puzzle collections. Or to re-load the ones I've purchased already that disappeared. Please, I am certain you are able to fix this, yet it continues to be a problem. Thank you for your consideration.
