    Purchased Platinum for warframe.....NOT credited to account


    I Purchased 370 Platinum for 19.99 plus tax and the in-game currency was not credited to my account. I was billed, billing was confirmed via account transactions page @ commerce.xbox.com.

    Please Help!

    Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

    On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
    my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

    Support will check into it your purchases to see if they were eligible for anything. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Currently the only offer involving achievements is the Warfare offer, but it is to earn
    platinum for Warframe, not Rewards credits.
