Purchased packages get locked after logging on to Microsoft account

Destiny 2 has a confusing amount of choices in the Microsoft Store, are you absolutely sure you purchased the correct package? According to this URL, the Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe Edition appears to include everything available so you should be able to play
the new content:

Log into your Microsoft Account and double check your purchase history to confirm that you purchased the correct Destiny 2 package.

I'm sorry to hear that your child's account is unable to log in. Based on your description, you have been locked out of many login attempts, and without security verification information, you can only resort to the account recovery form.

Typically, if an account is locked out for the first time, the lock will be removed after 24 hours. You can try to log in again after that. It is important to note that the more times you are locked out, the longer the lockout period will be.

Based on experience, these newly created accounts are almost impossible to recover if the password is forgotten, as it is difficult to provide sufficient valid information. Microsoft takes the security of user accounts very seriously, and without sufficient information, it is impossible to determine who the real owner of the account is from Microsoft's perspective.

Log into the Microsoft account on your pc or laptop and change the password when the password is changed the account gets locked so anything its logged into will prompt for the new password. They wont wo able to get on and will be forced to do there own
