Purchased Overwatch Loot Packs but did not receive them in game

Hi,

I purchased a 2 Loot Box pack on Xbox One for Overwatch and it hasn't shown up in game, but it's showing on my PayPal account, my Blizzard account transaction, and on my Microsoft account as being paid.

I have purchased 2 of the '2 Loot Box' packs cos I thought maybe the first purchase didn't go through, but all that's happened is that I've been charged twice now.

Blizzard support stated the following:

Thanks a lot for getting in touch regarding this issue.

Sometimes there is a delay in delivery or temporary store issues that may prevent the delivery of the loot boxes in a timely manner. If they did not show up immediately try to reboot your console, relogin to your Xbox Live or PlayStation Network
account, and restart the game.

If the items have not arrived, Blizzard does not have access to the payment details for purchases over the console networks.

Really hope this helps out and you get those loot boxes soon though!

Also, if any issues occur where Microsoft say something went wrong with the order, a refund should be possible - they can process it from their end it the refund will be sent to us to approve which shouldn't be a problem once verified you didn't receive
it, but hopefully it'll just be a delay issue like in the other cases.

So far I have been unable to get any response from Microsoft..

No Halloween Loot Boxes

I just purchased two 2 packs of Halloween loot boxes for Overwatch and got nothing. I purchased them directly from the games menu and nothing showed. I tried restarting both the game, and system and still nothing. I just redeemed my 5 free regular loot
boxes from Twitch Prime and those showed up and unlocked perfectly. I can't even get the 4 Halloween ones I just bought with money to even show. Please either give me the loot boxes I paid for or give me the credit back in my Microsoft account.

 

Coins are not credited

I also just purchased the 9.99 coin pack on 8/7/15 and did not receive them. But when I tried to buy the 1.99 coin pack it worked just fine. Help please

 

Update: I chatted with Xbox Support (who were very good). I need to wait 24 hours to see if it arrives in game. If not I can contact support again.

 

Dang, maybe I should have waited until morning to buy them. Didn't get my 11 from the $10 pack either.

 

Definitely worth submitting a ticket so they know about it, and so they can assist if the transaction doesn't go through after 24 hours.
