    Purchased over $100 in content in Februrary, still no star increase


    I purchased over the $100 threshold set by the email promo I received to get bumped from 2 stars to 3 stars.

    It is now March 7th, and I'm still showing as 2 stars. All of the content purchased was games and DLC. (not consumables)

    Please advise how long it will take you to correct your error.

    cheers steeledwand, I’m seeing him tonight so i’ll run that past him. Though its not likely because the hacker purchased $100 worth of Star Trek content before moving on. I don’t believe he plays Star Trek.

    i had an offer to increase my vip star rank by 1, if i purchased for 61 euros. i did that and my star rank never went up. what happened? as far as i know, i made all three qualifying purchases that totalled just over 61 euros.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. At the current time, we do not have a concrete estimate on when this problem will be resolved, but we expect that this error should be resolved by the end of the month, at the very latest.

    What occurred was an unforeseen delay in purchase information from the data source we pull that activity from. This delay occurred around the beginning of March, causing your purchases made on the 28th to not be properly factored into our VIP Boost calculations
    on times. Our platform team is currently working on a hotfix to resolve this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update this thread when we receive word of their fix being deployed, and can confirm a positive effect on your VIP level.

    Our team has deployed their hotfix, and we can confirm seeing your extra star being awarded on our servers. You should be able to see this extra star yourself once this data is sent to the website. This should happen within the next few days. Apologies for

    having purchased Forza Horizon 4 I started downloading it. The app predicts 64.12GB and since this quota was reached it keeps increasing over time and the game doesn't get installed!

    So I can't enjoy the content for which I paid 100€ and which bothers me a lot!

    We see your progress increasing multiple times as well as multiple payback events over the last few months. In fact, we see payback events every month for at least the past year. Keep in mind that progress carries over between ranks, so since the spend requirement
    for three stars is $900 and four stars is $1200, by ranking up to three stars you are by default already at 900/1200 or 75%. Furthermore, we see many purchases that are in the sub $10 range. This would translate to progress increases of 10/900 = .01 or 1%
    at the three star range, and 10/1200 = .08 or .8% at the four star range. These small increases, combined with how our program needs up to 96 hours to process and receive new activity, may be why you felt you were not being updated.
