Purchased Outer worlds spacer edition upgrade but its not showing in my owned game library.

On further inspection I can't play my game The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition that I purchased on March 8 either. Yeah...as a loyal Xbox gamer owner of hundreds of digital games I am done buying off the Marketplace until this issue is resolved.

So I think I found where the issue is coming from.

I went to microsoft's store and its showing a lot of games as "owned". When I click on those games, its showing the messages about how I can play these with the xbox game pass. Downloaded a couple of games (undertale and vambrace) and they worked fine which
proves that my pass is actually working.

So whats going on with Outer world then? Well simple. Its not on the microsoft game store, or at least on my region(I guess). When searching for it, the only thing I get is a game guide for it.

Im having the problem that I bought the ultimate edition and it says its installed when I search for it on the microsoft store and that its purchased, but when I try and start it the game says I need to purchase it and it doesnt show up in my full library
along with several other games I own. I was also able to play it for the first few days as well.

If you've bought the Spacer's Choice DLC from the Microsoft Store, then you'll need to search for the Spacer's Choice edition in order to add it to your library. It should be free to install once the DLC is purchased. To be clear, it is a separate install, enabled by your purchase of the DLC in the regular version.

To Microsoft: this is not a straightforward process, and no instructions were given about how to actually use the DLC. I only found this out through Reddit. Please update your listing to give proper instructions on how to activate this purchase.
