    Purchased one month of gold but still can't get gold member only deals


    I wanted injustice added to my collection so i purchased a month of gold but when try to purchased the game it doesn't have the gold member price it still says 19.99.

    Mincecraft + Gold deal didn't work

    on my Xbox one dashboard there was a deal that said if you buy 3 months of Gold you get minecraft Xbox one edition. I clicked on the deal and purchased 3 months of gold through it. I never got a download code or anything for minecraft.

    your gamertag is shown as silver here. so it seems your subscription didnt apply correctly

    Did you buy a sub or maybe did you like apply like a free trail or maybe like a 72 hour or 14 day pass maybe. If not Prideloss is correct you have no gold on this account. Purchased one month of gold but still can't get gold member only deals :) If you are using a trail or pass you won't be able to avail of the deals for gold.

    Are you sure you added the membership to the proper account? If so, check at commerce.microsoft.com to see if it's listed in your billing area.

    If you were charged for the membership but did not receive it you will need to contact phone support for more assistance.

    Do I need to have a credit card on file to buy a game off of Live?

    If it was part of a gold only deal then it would be under the banner of deals with gold.

    It would also be listed with two separate prices, one the regular price and the other for gold members.

    You would still be able to buy it as a silver member.

    You definitely don`t need a credit card or paypal to make purchases, i don`t have any.

    I wouldn`t be surprised if the game is on games for gold within the next few months anyway.

    You can't purchase deals with gold with shared gold members, however, you can still make the account the Home Xbox and other accounts can play the game/content you purchase.
