Sorry for the issue with the games. You will have to fill out the
refund request form. You will get a confirmation email and also a decision email. Once you get the decision email you can reply to that if have any inquiries.

Unfortunately, deals and promotions can not be brought back once they have expired. This isn't Microsoft trying to hurt you personally. It is this way for every user.

In the future, I recommend making sure your purchases are made correctly before confirming the purchase. You could have also purchased the gifts during the deal while you were waiting for the refund. Already owning them would not have stopped you from purchasing
them as a gift.

I recieved my refund already. Wanted to repurchase them so i can gift them. The last time i did not pirchase as a gift so i didnt have the codes. I coild not repurchase them at that moment because it said i already owned them.
