    Purchased not working and not showing on my purchase page


    Got Minecraft on laptop through xbox ....but it dont work...so when try to get refund...the down load is not showing on the purchase page..but the other did...and got the refund for the cheaper down load....Xbox say did not purchase it....but the money was taken....by the Minecraft

    BC - Rearmed 2 not showing in "Ready to Install"

    I am having this same issue.

    The marketplace.xbox.com page for the game displays "Already purchased" and my "Purchase History" page shows purchased 2/6/2011.

    I tried adding the game to my queue but that did not work.

    Please allow a couple of days more while the transaction completes it's process, in any case you can contact Paypal and request a refund if the transaction is not completed.

    New Back Compat Games

    I'm having the same issue with Outpost Kaloki X, was purchased around 2010 so purchase history doesnt go back that far. On my 360, I can play the full game and have taken pics from the DLC page showing purchased, and download history. The current store page doesnt even show the DLC as purchased, as if it is a separate game listing....

    Other games purchased back then that ended up BC are showing fine, but this one wants me to purchase again.

    I approved a purchase for a childs account and it isn't showing in their xbox library

    Yes, when viewing the game on the store page it says it can be purchased, and it doesn't show in the Xbox library. The payment shows in my purchase history and the money is gone from my PayPal account.

    I didn't purchase it through the MS Store, but got the key from Amazon and input it directly into my XBox one

    But its still not showing as a redeemed code

    The code that I purchased for a recent Live membership is there but not this purchase
