    Purchased NFS Carbon can't be downloaded


    Hi,

    Yesterday evening I wanted to download my purchased copy of NFS Carbon on my Xbox360 once more.

    I purchased it through the xbox-console store on 19/12/2013. Still have the receipt.

    However upon selecting the game from the store for download it prompted me again with a purchase price.

    Where before it was just listed as download again.

    How can I resolve this and play this game again?

    This is still the same xbox360 that was used to purchase it on.

    Nothing has been changed on my account or settings.

    Any help is appreciated.

    original and 360 backwards compatible Need For Speed games

    I personally want NFS most wanted 2005 NFS Carbon NFS Underground 1 and 2 to be Xbox one backwards compatible to be honest I say Ill votes for these 4 NFS Games deserves to be backwards compatible

    Sorry to hear it. After a time the 360 store can reset and show a price for items you've purchased in the past. This is a glitch.

    If you would like to redownload the game from the store you can either go to Settings>Accounts>Download History on the console and scroll through the items until you reach the one you want to download or redownload the item from the following link.

    I've never play NFS Underground 1, NFS Underground 2, and NFS Most Wanted.

    But in NFS Carbon, I love the boss battles too :)
