Purchased new Xbox one s

I was looking into purchasing the new Xbox one s, I had seen on my live account that there was a promotion attached to it and still is for 50 more days that I would receive 50,000 rewards points if I purchase the new one s. I did go through with the purchase

unable to redeem code

in the new xbox one s when u put in the code it gives a msj that an unexpected error occurred, plz redeem later. The problem had been reported. So im unable to start using my newly purchased xbox one s

 

I just got my xbox last week and my warranty only has 6 months

Yes it is one year from the date of purchase as stated by section 1c of the warranty agreement.

"Warranty Period" for Xbox 360 S, means 1 year from the date You purchased it; and for Accessories, means 90 days from the date You purchased it.

Since you purchased it from a separate person on ebay the warranty would count from when they purchased the console from a retailer not from when you purchased it from them.

 

The "Get Started" button is just a link to the microsoftstore.com website. It's not required for the offer. The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships.
