Purchased new "More Tools" world...just says "there was a problem loading this world"

Just so I understand, is this for Minecraft?

I did some more research and it seems that the problem is sometimes fixed by loading a different world, exiting that world safely and loading the problem world. This has fixed my issue for now.

Ok i still cant get into only this world- all other worlds are working but when i try to load this one it says “ there was a problem loading this world”

On Android mobile.

1. In the minecraft app marketplace, purchased the Stoneblockworld.

2. This world contains add ons and new items.

3. Played the world for a couple days with no issues.

4. Go to open the world, there is a lock icon on it. It says" this world was created using a template the you have not purchases, would you like to purchase it now?"

5. If I press yes it takes me to the store with an option to purchase and a create world button

6. If I press create world it just recreates the world from the beginning

7. If I purchase again wich I did it dies the sam

8. If I press no, it loads the game but removes all add ons and items from the world, leaving a regular unusable world.

I'm signed in to my microsoft acount and the world does show up as owned in my purchases

How can i get in contact with Mojang support? Is there an email?
