    Hi there,

    I just purchased NBA 2K23 - Michael Jordan Edition in the Xbox Store.

    The Jordan Edition includes extra content and VC over the standard edition and costs, in the UK store, £17.99 compared to £5.99 for the standard. However, when I go to the store page on my console to install the game I get the message "Check Back in a little bit. We're having trouble getting your stuff right now."

    I can, and have, install the Standard Edition. I was hoping that I could install the standard edition and then download the extra DLC included with the Jordan Edition but I am unable to do this. I have tried all the commonly suggested tricks to get rid of this error: signing in and out of the console, restarting the console, removing the account on which I purchased it and re-adding it etc. I have also tried to install the game remotely via the Xbox store from my PC, but when I select the console to install to the game shows "Queued" as the status, but then reverts to "Install to" once the page is refreshed.

    How can I install the content I have purchased to my console please?

    Hi Manuela, thanks for responding.

    I purchased the game from the Microsoft store on 10th June 2023.

    I have tried a physical power cycle as you have suggested, but it has not resolved the issue.

    Thanks for the additional information, DJ Benz may I know if you have access to another Xbox console?
    This can help to determine if it's an inconvenience with your account or something else.

    Additionally, may I know if you already tried to do a factory reset but keeping games and apps?

    Let me share the steps if needed:

    Go to settings > system > console info > reset > keep my games and apps.

    The actual game is the standard edition for everyone. What you purchased is a bundle of DLC content that comes with it
